This isn't for teachers thinking about leaving. It's for teachers who already know.

This is for you if...

  • You've already mentally decided you're leaving the classroom
  • You're done applying to random jobs and hoping something sticks
  • You want a real, strategic process — not motivational fluff
  • You're ready to position yourself competitively for corporate roles
  • You want support from someone who's actually done it
  • You're done waiting for the "right time"

This isn't for you if...

  • You're still trying to decide whether to leave teaching
  • You want someone to hand you a job
  • You're looking for a pep talk, not a plan
  • You're not ready to put in the work over 6 weeks
  • You want a course you'll skim through and never apply

You'll leave this program certain — not just prepared.

Most teachers don't fail their transition because they lack skills. They fail because they second-guess themselves into staying another year. This program is built so by the end, you know exactly what you're doing, why it'll work, and how to do it without blowing up your finances or your life.

Outcome 01

A short list of corporate roles you can actually land

Not 40 random job titles you Googled at 11pm. A focused list of realistic, well-paying roles that match your background — and a clear understanding of why you'd be competitive for each.

Outcome 02

A résumé that doesn't read like a teacher's résumé

Repositioned, reworded, and structured for corporate hiring managers. Group critique included. Want me to write it for you? Add the done-for-you option at checkout.

Outcome 03

A LinkedIn profile that actually gets noticed

Headline, About section, and experience entries rewritten to attract recruiters and hiring managers — not parents and other teachers.

Outcome 04

A strategic job search plan you can run on weekends

The end of spray-and-pray. You'll know exactly who to target, how to find roles that aren't publicly posted, and how to spend your limited time where it actually moves the needle.

Outcome 05

Interview answers that don't make hiring managers nervous

How to tell your teacher-to-corporate story without sounding defensive or apologetic. How to handle the "why are you leaving teaching" question. How to negotiate when the offer comes.

Outcome 06

The mindset to actually pull the trigger

Most teachers have the skills. What they don't have is the conviction. The bonus mindset work makes sure you don't talk yourself out of the life you're building.

Designed for teachers who have lives.

3

Live Strategy Calls

One bi-weekly group call over 6 weeks. Built so you can actually attend without burning out.

6

Self-Paced Modules

Pre-recorded training you work through on your own time, between calls. Watch on lunch breaks. Pause. Rewind.

A Real Cohort

Intentionally small. You're in a room with other teachers actually doing this — not lost in a community of thousands, not posting into the void.

The 6 weeks end. The support doesn't.

Most programs hand you a binder and a "good luck." This isn't that.

Private Telegram Group

After the cohort ends, you stay in my private Telegram group with the other teachers from your cohort. I send weekly messages, share what's working in real-time, and answer questions as you're actively interviewing.

Support All the Way to the Offer

You're not on your own once the cohort ends. I'm there for the parts that actually matter most — interview prep, offer review, and negotiation help — until you've signed.

Optional 1:1 Strategy Calls

If you want extra 1:1 time during your search, you can add strategy calls whenever you need them. Use them for interview prep, negotiation, or a tough decision point.

One program. Two ways to do it.

I built this because I wish I'd had it when I left.

I'm a former teacher. I know what it's like to feel stuck, undervalued, and quietly desperate for a way out — while everyone around you keeps telling you how noble teaching is.

I also know that most "transition advice" out there is either too vague, too motivational, or written by people who've never actually done it. That's why I built this program around what actually works: real strategy, real positioning, real feedback.

This isn't a course you binge and forget. It's six weeks of doing the work — with structure, with feedback, with other teachers who get it.

— Elle

The hard part of leaving teaching isn't deciding. It's doing it strategically.

You can find free advice on résumés. You can find free advice on LinkedIn. You can find a hundred lists of "jobs for ex-teachers" online.

What you can't find — for free — is the strategic execution. Knowing which roles to actually target in this market. Knowing how to position your teaching experience so it gets read, not skimmed. Knowing what to say in the interview when they ask why you're leaving. Knowing how to negotiate when the offer comes in lower than you expected.

That's what this is for. Not "should I leave" — but "how do I do this in a way that actually lands me where I want to go."

This is for teachers who know what they want. We just build the path to get there.

Things you're probably wondering.

Will I have a corporate job by the end of 6 weeks?

The corporate hiring process takes time — and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. But this isn't a "see you in 6 weeks, good luck" program. By the end of the 6 weeks, you'll have a clear path, a positioned résumé and LinkedIn, a strategic search plan, and the skills to interview well. From there, you stay in my private Telegram group where I send weekly messages, share what's working, and answer questions as you're actively interviewing and negotiating. You'll have ongoing support all the way to the offer letter — and if you want extra 1:1 time, you can add strategy calls whenever you need them.

What if I can't make a live call?

Replays are available within 24 hours. The calls are bi-weekly (3 total over 6 weeks) specifically so the schedule is manageable.

Is this for elementary, middle, or high school teachers?

All of the above. The framework works for any K-12 teacher. We'll customize your specific positioning based on your background.

How is this different from 1:1 coaching?

1:1 coaching is private, paced to your individual timeline, and includes done-for-you résumé and LinkedIn work. The Accelerator is a group format at a lower price point — same framework, more affordable, with the option to add the rewrite if you want it done for you.

What if I'm not sure I'm ready?

Then this isn't your program yet — and that's okay. This is built for teachers who've already decided. If you're still deciding, follow my content and come back when you know.

Is there a refund policy?

Because of the small-cohort format, all enrollments are final. If a cohort doesn't reach minimum enrollment, you'll be offered the next available cohort or a full refund — your choice.

Stop wondering if you can leave. Start building the plan that gets you out.

Cohorts are small. Apply now to be considered for the next start date.
